Deliveries & Returns

Order information

Your order is validated once your payment has been validated and accepted. Access Shooting reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute or non-payment with the company.

Delay of treatment

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery in France

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer several possible shipments for mainland France. At home with Colissimo or Chronopost and at a Relay Point with, among others, Relais Colis or Mondial Relay (non-exhaustive list). Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.

The Customer has the choice between several delivery methods, the costs and delivery times of which vary:

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances can Access Shooting be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from the carrier that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will will review it for you.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, please contact us, it is not yet possible to order online. We will issue you a specific invoice. Taxes and customs duties may apply. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

How to return a product ?

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to initiate the returns procedure. To do this, please send us an email using the form available on the Help & Contact page.

You have a period of 14 days, the maximum period from delivery, to submit complaints by Email ( accompanied by all relevant supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period and failing to have complied with these formalities, the products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted.

For each return, attach to your package the return form duly completed by you and the reason for the return. All returned products must be sent back to us in their original and intact packaging. Your refund will be made within 14 days after verification that the accessory is in perfect condition.

Shipping and return costs may be your responsibility . If the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the full amount of the order less return shipping charges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle these matters on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
